If unable to schedule yet: We get it, & want to help as well. If there was a day that typically worked best for you & the family when would it be? Are morning or afternoons typically better? This helps me understand & know what we have available. I am seeing we have a DAY OF THE WEEK open in a couple of weeks or we have a couple AFTERNOON/MORNING in a couple of weeks will that help?

Still can't schedule: Why don't you take a look at your calendar & talk with family tonight, does this time work best to call you tomorrow?

WAIT LIST

I'm seeing we are completely full that day, here's what we can do. Let's look out a little further to make sure we have you on the calendar. Then what I'm going to do is put you on a waitlist for that date. Our schedule does change due to illness, work schedule changes, etc & if we do have a session open up. We will reach out & we can move you to that date & time available. We may only get 24-48hr notice, are you good with that if it means we can get you on your preferred date?

Yes - Great, let's get you booked in & added to that wait list

No - Just checking—are you wanting to skip the waitlist because of the potential short notice? We’ll reach out as soon as something opens up, which could be anywhere from a day to even a week in advance. Would that work for you?

If they ask for a price list: We don’t have a set price list as there can be many variables in pricing & we don't know what you are going to fall in love with & where you are decorating in your home. We see our families invest anywhere between $1,500-$2,000, some spend more, a lot spend less.

If they ask about the holding deposit: Yes, just like our regular sessions the holding deposit is to secure your date/time & protects our schedule ensuring all show up for their reservation. It can be used as a credit for when you fall in love.

Reschedule/Cancellations: We understand that things come up and your certificate allows for one reschedule without losing your holding deposit with at least 72 hours notice. Should you need to cancel your session so long as we have a minimum 14 days notice we can get that session cancelled and your deposit refunded.  If you are within the 14 days the holding deposit will be nonrefundable.

----objection response (Our studio typically books 3-4 weeks out and so we hold that spot for just your family and within 14 days we are unable to fill that space.)

Please be aware that if you are not able to keep your session and it is less than two weeks prior to your scheduled appointment the deposit becomes non-refundable.
