“I’ve got you down for _____ at _____. I’m sending you a text with our terms and conditions, which outlines the agreement moving forward. Please take a moment to read through and please let us know if you have any questions. I'll also send you a confirmation email with dates and addresses.”

“With that, you are all set up. The last thing I’m going to ask you to do is make sure you let your husband know about what we talked about today and what you might be wanting to do. We don’t want to be blindsiding any husbands!”

If unable to schedule yet: “I’ve given all the information, and I’ve registered your certificate, so you chat with your spouse tonight, what time works best to call you tomorrow?”

If they ask for a price list: “We don’t have a price list as there can be many variables in pricing but when you get that confirmation email that will include clothing guide you will see a few illustrations of what other families have purchased and the respective price.”

If they ask about the holding deposit: We understand that things come up and your certificate allows for one reschedule without losing your holding deposit with at least 72 hours notice. Should you need to cancel your session so long as we have a minimum 14 days notice we can get that session cancelled and your deposit refunded.  If you are within the 14 days the holding deposit will be nonrefundable.

Please be aware that if you are not able to keep your session and it is less than two weeks prior to your scheduled appointment the deposit becomes non-refundable.
